Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption. The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton. Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").
Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

When I started this painting, it came out of a place of great despair and hopelessness. So much to worry about "these days". So much to feel so terribly sad and helpless about. One of those days. The news seemed to come at me from every angle and blinded me, momentarily, from what I know to be true. And then... as if orchestrated by Love itself, two things happened. What began as a work of frustration and anger slowly began to turn into something very beautiful. "Two People" and a tiny little hut emerged. And then (truly, AFTER I painted the people and the hut)... I stumbled upon this poem by Hafiz:
"I want both of us
To start talking about this Great Love
As if You, I and the Sun were all married
And living in a tiny room.
Helping each other to cook,
Do the wash,
Weave and sew
Care for our beautiful
Animals.
We all leave each morning
To labor on the earth’s field.
No one does not lift a great pack.
I want both of us to start sin...
Theresa Johnson is a wife, mother, artist, and writer. She and her husband David, photographer and owner of Star Prairie Gallery, live in Wisconsin where they enjoy spending time with their family. Theresa, artist and owner of Star Prairie Studio, spent years working as a business analyst for the State of Minnesota before becoming disabled in 2009 by Lupus, Sjogren’s Syndrome and Rheumatoid Arthritis . Her writings speak to life lived with a chronic and incurable disease. Her paintings represent that journey, often times exploding with energy and color, symbolizing qualities such as beauty, strength, vulnerability and grace.
